Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your Elysiance products. This policy explains when and how you can request a return, refund, or exchange.

Because skincare is a personal use product, please read the conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility period

  • You can request a return or exchange within fourteen days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, unless there is a quality or damage issue.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

2. Non returnable items

We generally cannot accept returns for

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Free gifts or promotional samples

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Include

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

4. Change of mind

If you change your mind about a product

  • You may request a return within fourteen days, as long as the item is unopened and in resellable condition.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless local regulations state otherwise.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it is approved and process a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

5. Steps to start a return

To start a return or exchange

  • Email us at support@elysiance.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Wait for our reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

  • Pack the items securely, ideally in the original box, and include your order number inside the package.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refund timing

Once your return is received and checked, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within seven to ten business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

7. Exchanges

If you want a different product or shade, the simplest option is usually

  • Return the original unopened item for a refund

  • Place a new order for the product you want

In some cases we may be able to process a direct exchange. Our support team will let you know what is possible based on stock and your location.

8. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after the stated time

  • Check your bank or card statement again

  • Contact your payment provider to see if the refund is pending

  • If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@elysiance.com with your name and order number
